Throughout the years I've had the opportunity to work at two of the most famous fashion brands in Sri Lanka where I was involved in designing and producing tech packs for commercial wear.

ODEL PLC, COLOMBO - Senior Fashion Designer

 

• I was responsible for managing one of their in house sub-brands called TARA which was focused on designing clothes for the high-end middle-aged customer base. 

• I was also leading the other designers in the creative development process and coordinating with buyers, merchandisers, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

 

DILLY AND CARLO, COLOMBO - Fashion Designer

 

• I was responsible for managing two of their in house sub-brands called The Moods Collection and Dilly's Formal.

• Researching and following emerging fashion trends and general trends relating to fabrics, colors, and trims and designing and sketching of new product ranges.

• Carrying out fit-on sessions and oversee the final production of selected designs while working with the marketing team in delivering creative concepts and advertising plans for the brand to carry out photoshoots and social media marketing.
