I am a qualified and experienced individual in the fields of Fashion and Display Design. I graduated from the University of the Arts, London in BA (hons) Interior Design and majored in Creative Display for Fashion Retail at the Central St. Martins College of Arts & Design, London. Upon completing my degree while I was working as a Junior Interior Architect in a leading retail design firm in London I realized Architecture was way too serious for me and combining my creativity with the knowledge I gained at Central St. Martins, I decided to branch away from Architecture into Fashion & Display Design; a field that has always been one of my dreams to pursue since childhood.
Over the past few years, I have challenged my creative potential in many different aspects of design and art fields and have had the opportunity to work at some of the leading fashion brands such as Ralph Lauren London, Dilly & Carlo and ODEL in Sri Lanka as a Fashion & Display Designer.
With a high interest in sustainability, I am currently pursuing a master's degree in Apparel & Textiles at Kansas State University in the USA. I am very keen on exploring new ideas and techniques to use artistic talent and creativity to bring out unique and novel designs.
